Ordering Repeats
If you have repeats available with us, please send us a message to let us know you'd like us to make these up for you. If ordered repeats or held prescriptions via the website please allow 24 hours for us to respond to you via email with a collection time. If you need them sooner, please let us know they're urgent in your message.
New Prescriptions from your doctor
If you have requested a new or repeat prescription from your doctor, ask them to send it via email to takakapharmacy@gmail.com Or via fax 035258356. The Doctor will advise you how long your prescription will take to arrive at the Pharmacy. Please contact us to arrange a collection time or give us 48 - 72 hours processing time from it's arrival with us.
Repeat Reminder Service
Life gets busy. So, we offer a service to remind you about your next prescription repeat. If you have repeats available, we will send you a text message before your next scheduled repeat date. If you need that medicine, let us know and we'll get it ready for you. You can let us know by calling (03) 525 9490, or email takakapharmacy@gmail.com
It is crucial that you fill out your FIRST and LAST name in order for us to identify you. If you have not filled this out then it is unlikely your repeat request will be processed. Additionally it will speed up the process if you add an address in the message box alongside any other details you want to communicate to us. We will respond to you via email within 24 hours to let you know how long we need to make up your requested items. Wait times may vary but typically prescriptions will be ready 48 hours from the time a confirmation email arrives in your inbox. Please advise us in your message if the repeat is urgent and we will do our best to reduce the wait time. If you have not received a confirmation email then there may have been an error when submitting the request; please give us a call to finalize your collection time.
